Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application:

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our online store. Our offerings are exclusively directed at consumers. A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction primarily for purposes unrelated to commercial or self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is any individual or legal entity acting in a commercial or self-employed professional capacity at the time of concluding a legal transaction.

 

2. Contractual Parties & Formation of Contract:

The purchase contract is concluded with Irini Happy Art

By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for the sale of those products. You may add items to your cart without commitment and review or modify your order before final submission. The contract becomes legally binding once you click the “Order Now” button, thereby accepting our offer. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately thereafter.

 

3. Contract Language & Storage:

Available languages for contract conclusion: English, German

We store the contract text and will send you the order details and our terms in text format. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after purchase.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery:

​

In addition to product prices, shipping charges apply. These costs are clearly stated during the checkout process. We offer shipping via postal services only. Self-collection is not available.

 

5. Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Card: Charged automatically after verification of cardholder identity.

  • Klarna PayNow (Credit Card): Payment is processed post-dispatch.

  • Klarna Sofort (Immediate Transfer): You’ll be redirected to Klarna/Sofort to complete the payment.

  • Google Pay: Requires Google Pay registration and device setup.

  • Apple Pay: Available only via Safari browser; requires Apple Pay setup.

6. Warranty & Guarantees:

All products are covered by statutory warranty rights. Any additional guarantees, if applicable, are detailed alongside product descriptions and in dedicated sections of our store.

 

7. Dispute Resolution:

The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
